About shipping and transport of your order
If you don’t want to pick up your goods from our warehouse (Berliner Großmarkt, Beusselstraße 44 N-Q, 10553 Berlin/Germany), you may organise a pickup + transportation to your home address through any independent freight forwarder on your behalf. One option is to go with freight forwarder "CROBO", which has been integrated to display their shipping options and rates on the bottom right (↘) of our website (updates while you shop, based on shipping weight of your basket). Pick your option for shipping/transport during checkout.
How long does it take to ship my goods?
4-6 business days (up to 10 days for larger amounts of beverages), depending on the shipping option you pick. When your order gets shipped, you will be informed via email and receive a tracking link to follow the progress of your shipment. Further you will be informed via SMS before delivery (using the mobile number you provide during payment/checkout process).
Where will my order be delivered to? What if I am not at home?
You may choose home delivery or delivery to a collection/pickup point near you. If nobody is home to receive your home delivery, the logistics partner will generally leave a slip in your mailbox with information relating to the next delivery attempt or a pickup option near you.
What if something is broken? What is your refunds & return policy?
In the unlikely case that items don't match your expectation or get damaged in transport, please get in touch with us via firstname.lastname@example.org, detailing the issue and ideally providing a photo. We'll gladly process an immediate refund, using the original method of payment. Still worried? Read our customer reviews for more.
What about taxes? Do I need to worry about custom declarations?
All prices on discandooo.com contain German VAT + excise duties (because we are a German registered trading company). As long as the goods are for private use/consumption and transported yourself (either personally, or by organising your own/independent transport), you are free to move these goods to any location within the European Union, including your home address, without paying any additional taxes (principle of free movement of goods, read more here). It just like when you visit Germany (or any other EU member state) during your holidays, go to a local supermarket or discounter for a shopping trip and then take all goods back home.
This is our reading and understanding of EU law (and the reality across all European borders every day), however please make sure to read and comply with specific duties your country may impose on online purchases (links for Denmark, Sweden, Finland).
And what if ...?
