Santa Cecilia Red originates from the prestigious Central Valley wine region in Chile, located south of the capital Santiago. This wine is carefully composed from a harmonious blend of grapes ripened under the hot, dry climate of the area, while being enriched by cool winds from the Pacific Ocean. The production method follows a traditional approach.
The wine presents itself beautifully with an intense red color in the glass. The flavor profile is well-balanced and seductive with subtle notes of blackcurrant and blackberry. It is perfectly suited to dishes with veal. Recommended serving temperature is 16-18ºC.
