Freixenet ICE Rosé is produced via the traditional Champenoise method. The first fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 14° and 16°C. After the first fermentation, the base wine is ready to be blended and bottled, with the second fermentation taking place between 9 and 12 months of autolysis.
